I always try to keep garlic, shallots, onions and lemons in my kitchen, they are a great addition to almost any veggies!
Just saute with some olive oil or coconut oil, Himalayan pink salt, pepper and a touch of sugar if needed. Perfect next to or over your extra protein and complex carb :)
