Quick tip:
Make dinner at home, it allows you to adjust salt, fat and sugar to your liking <3

Start with picking out what veggies are fresh in the supermarket or your house
Pick an added protein 
Then a grain or complex carb :)
Nice and easy!
I always try to keep garlic, shallots, onions and lemons in my kitchen, they are a great addition to almost any veggies!
Just saute with some olive oil or coconut oil, Himalayan pink salt, pepper and a touch of sugar if needed. Perfect next to or over your extra protein and complex carb :)
